PT (Pressure Treated) Lumber
We offer two quality Pressure Treated lumber products. (1) MicroPro, treated in Mechanic Falls, Maine, is the first treated wood process to be certified under Scientific Certification Systems Environmentally Preferable Product program based on Life-Cycle Assessment. This product has a more natural wood appearance and therefore takes paint and stain better. It can be used in a variety of uses including above ground and ground contact as well as fresh water immersion. (2) Wolmanized wood is a natural and environmentally responsible choice. Treatment extends the life of the wood, and the preservative used is as gentle as possible while still being effective and long-lasting. Engineers at the Good Housekeeping Institute have deemed Wolmanized Outdoor Wood worthy of its Seal.
